Liquidation Services Leeds
There are three types of liquidation, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation, Compulsory Liquidation and Members' Voluntary Liquidation.
Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation ("CVL")
When all other avenues have been exhausted, a creditors' voluntary liquidation may be the only appropriate way forward to manage the insolvent business. It is the most common form of Insolvency in the UK.
This involves the winding up of a company and the realisation of its assets for the benefit of creditors.
With the assistance of an Insolvency Practitioner, directors would arrange meetings with the company members and creditors in order to wind the company up and appoint a Liquidator.
Placing the company into liquidation will also protect you from creditors, who will be dealt with by the liquidator.
Jennisons will endeavour to work alongside stakeholders to maximize the return to creditors.

Alternatively it may be more appropriate for a company to enter into compulsory liquidation or a members' voluntary liquidation – both of which we are able to help you with.
