Steps to place your company into Liquidation:

1.         Call the Jennison’s team

2.         Jennison’s will call a meeting of members and creditors to be held by conference call

3.         The first meeting is for the members to resolve that the company should be placed into liquidation.

4.         The second meeting is for the creditors to vote on the members choice of liquidator (this meeting generally takes place 30 minutes after the members meeting).

A member of the Jennison’s Liquidation team will guide you through the entire process.

5.         The company will be in voluntary Liquidation and the newly appointed Liquidator will take over the company’s affairs and begin the winding up process.

6.         The aim of a Liquidation is to realise assets that the company has in order to distribute to the creditors.
