Compulsory Liquidation
This is a legal process started by a creditor owed at least £750.
The creditor may present a winding up petition ("WUP") to the Court, and if the debt remains unpaid at the date of the Court hearing, the Court may grant a winding up order in respect of the company.
A WUP must not be ignored and you should immediately seek advice from an Insolvency Practitioner.
